Pipes don't wait for daylight to fail, and our Tomales dispatch team doesn't wait for morning to respond. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Tomales address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Tomales, CA kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Tomales roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Tomales isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Tomales, CA licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Tomales, CA warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Talk to a Tomales property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Tomales call at a time.
The most expensive Tomales restoration jobs we run almost never started as a dramatic flood; they started as something small that got put off. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later — our Tomales dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Tomales crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Truck-mounted extraction equipment on every Tomales rig pulls high volumes of standing water fast, so drying starts the same day instead of the next. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Tomales, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Tomales accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in Tomales get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Tomales drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Our Tomales, CA warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a Tomales tech at your door inside an hour.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
A short call with our Tomales dispatcher tells us whether this is a one-room job or a multi-crew response before anyone drives out.
Our nearest available Tomales crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
We re-check moisture levels daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records or your insurer.
Every Tomales job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Tomales paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
